When you keep the internet at home. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) says you got that internet speed (like 20Mbps) then later you thought why I can't get that much speed.
The difference between your thought internet speed and ISP internet speed are two different forms that make the illusion of internet speed. ISP says internet speed in a bit where you see any place speed at byte.
8 bit = 1 byte
When Internet Service Provider (ISP) gives 20Mbps internet than actual speed is,
8 bit = 1 byte
1 bit = 1/8 byte
20 Megabit = 20/8 Megabyte
20 Megabit = 2.5 Megabyte
:- That means you got 2.5 MBps internet speed when your ISP gives 20 Mbps internet speed.
